About Us


Our restaurant is a celebration of the rich and diverse culinary traditions of South America, with a particular focus on the bold and flavorful dishes of Bolivia. Since 2004, we have been serving up authentic Bolivian food that is both delicious and memorable, earning a loyal following and becoming a symbol of success in Arlington County. 

Our story began with the dream of Ms. Genny, a passionate cook and Bolivian native who learned many of her recipes from her mother. Drawing on this rich culinary heritage, Ms. Genny started a small restaurant in Arlington County, offering traditional Bolivian dishes that were hard to find in the area. The restaurant quickly became a local favorite, with diners flocking to enjoy the hearty stews, savory empanadas, and other specialties that Ms. Genny had perfected. 

As our reputation grew, so did our business. Today, we are proud to have three locations throughout Arlington County, each offering the same high-quality, authentic Bolivian cuisine that our customers have come to love. We are still family-owned and operated, and we remain committed to using the freshest ingredients imported from the Andean mountains in Bolivia and Peru. We keep using traditional cooking methods to bring the South American flavors to our community.
